Privacy Policy

Charitools provides free browser-based tools. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it deliberately small.

Using the tools as a guest

You can use every tool without an account. When you work as a guest, your content (planner entries, saved signatures, preferences) is stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

When you create an account

Accounts are handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We store your email address and an authentication identifier so you can sign in. Your saved content is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) tied to your account, so you can reach it from any device. We do not sell your data or share it except as needed to run the service.

File processing

The PDF and image tools run entirely in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to a server.

Cookies & local storage

We use local storage to remember your preferences and guest content, and cookies as required by Firebase for sign-in. If we introduce advertising in the future, ad providers may set their own cookies; we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before that happens.

Your choices

You can work without an account, sign out at any time, export or delete your data from the app, and request account deletion by contacting us.
